Near apartments exist supermarket, called „Maxima”, in which you can find cafe, gastronomy, bank service, pharmacy, dry cleaner`s, solarium, game room and flowers shop. Leisure and entertainment center „Lido” with latvian traditional food canteen is 10 minutes walking far from apartments. If you do not want to cook at home, then better place then „Lido” you would not find. There you can have not only a great lunch, but also spend a nicely time on a fresh air, listening live music, drinking draft beer, but your kids will be impressed from the attractions, roller or ice skating. Building description
In our house 4 floors house are 35 apartments. House is fully-renovated, in a staircase and apartments are new plastic windows. The house has gas heating. Staircase locked – number combination locking. In each apartment is availbale free Wi–Fi. The house is equipped with video cameras, that guarantees the safety of residents. The house is located i na quite residential area, away from busy highways, disco-bars and other loud places. We are not offering apartments for big company parties.
Description of apartments
The area of apartments is 24m² to 40m². Al the apartments in the house are just renovated. Nice furniture, appliancies, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove, some apartments have microwaves. Kitchens are equipped with everything you need – we have all the utensils, pots, pans, as well sugar and tea. Clean bedclothes, big towels, toilet paper and soap. All apartments have cable TV and free Wi – fi internet connection. There are apartments with 120 cm, 140 cm and 160 cm long beds, as well apartments with double beds. At the request of residents – we can put an extra bed in any apartment, where space allows – it can be folding mattress or babycot + 5 euro per day with a set of babycot clothes for a child, also we can offer a children`s arm chair and table. Animals accomodation + 5 eruros per day.
Check – in procedure
Check-in from 1 PM (13:00), check-out until 12 PM (12:00), the other time of arrival and departure – by appointment in advance. If you want check-in earlier or chech-out later, then each additional hour will cost 1.5 euros. Late arrival counts from previous day. Payment on a place upon arrival. Credit cards accepted: American Express, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard (cashier`s bill) or through a bank transfer. Additional services
We are sending a letters for embassy. At the request of the residents, we can provide you with: hair dryer, iron, ironing board, tumble, dryer, DVD. Change of bedclothes (1set) – price 2,5 euros.
